Next Working Day delivery is available for most products, provided they are in stock. For clarification on this, please contact us BEFORE placing your order to avoid any disappointment.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and non-mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Eire, Guernsey & Jersey, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Orkney Isles, Scottish Isles and Shetland Isles) will incur an additional delivery charge (please see delivery chart below).

We will make every effort to dispatch orders on the same day, or for orders placed after 3pm, on the next working day, however occasionally we may run out of certain stock items. We will try to notify you of any expected delays in despatching your order. When we advise you of an expected dispatch date you can decide whether to continue with your order. Orders placed at weekends will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

We will offer a full refund if we cannot deliver your order in 28 days.

If any stock items on an order are not available we may opt to dispatch a part delivery of the order at our discretion, or hold back the whole order until we are in receipt of any items which are out of stock, and dispatch the total order as one parcel.

We carefully pack each order and try to ensure that your order is received by you on time and in one piece. However, we are not responsible if your goods are lost or damaged in transit.

If nobody is at the delivery address to accept the delivery, the courier company leave a “calling card” advising you to get in touch with them to either arrange a second delivery or for you to collect your parcel from them. If a second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, then a further fee is payable for any further delivery attempts. You are liable for this fee. After 7 days if you have not contacted the couriers to arrange collection or redelivery of the parcel then the parcel is automatically returned to Mitsubishi Dehumidifiers. In this situation, you will be liable for costs associated with returning the parcel to us, and also for the cost of re-delivery to you.

Meaco Dehumidifiers cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery and accepts no liability whatsoever for costs incurred as a result of delays in delivery.

What exactly do you mean by Free Shipping?

Exactly that! More than 4,000 of our product lines attract free shipping. They’ll be delivered to you by reputable courier and we’ll try very hard to ensure they are despatched the same day.

The only exception is deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and non-mainland UK (Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Eire, Guernsey & Jersey, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Orkney Isles, Scottish Isles and Shetland Isles), which will incur an additional delivery charge.

Current charges for delivery to Highlands is £16.00 and for offshore isles is £16.00. Please contact us on 0800 043 3344 if you’d like us to confirm the most cost-effective method of delivering your items to these locations.
