By placing an Order and purchasing Goods from www.meacodehumidifiers.co.uk you enter into a legally binding agreement with us on the following Conditions:
"We", "us" or "the company" refers to Meaco Resellers (Love Shopping Direct), which is a trading name of Love Shopping Direct Ltd registered address 97 Walsall Road, Perry Barr, Birmingham, B42 1TX, registered number 6504739.
"You" or "the customer" refers to the person, company or entity contracting to purchase the Goods.
"The Goods" are the products which you order from our website as specified by our Order acknowledgement and on our invoice.
"Site" refers to the website www.meacodehumidifiers.co.uk
'Order' means any order placed by you with us for the purchase of items for sale on the Site.
‘Goods’ means any products available for sale on the Site and purchased by the customer.
We may change these terms and conditions without informing you at any time.
Your access to and use of www.meacodehumidifiers.co.uk is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Site you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Site.
The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.
We have the right to terminate the contract if the price of the Goods is not received from you in cleared funds.
To the fullest extent allowed by English Law, Meaco Resellers (Love Shopping Direct) is providing the Site and its contents on an ‘as is’ basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) warranties or representations of any kind, implied or express, with respect to this site or the products, materials, content or information included in the Site. This includes, without limitation, fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of merchantability. In addition, Meaco Resellers (Love Shopping Direct) does not warrant or represent that the information available via this site is current, complete or accurate.
We have absolute right to refuse acceptance of any Order.
Voucher Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, if you try to claim Cashback too, your cashback will be cancelled.
By submitting your Order you warrant, represent and undertake:
a. that you are aged 16 or over
b. to supply any details we may request to verify that you are eligible to purchase the products; and
c. you are providing correct details to Meaco Resellers (Love Shopping Direct) for the purposes of purchasing Goods from our Site. Your debit or credit belongs to you, and there are adequate funds available to pay for the Goods you are ordering.
As part of the purchasing process, you have the option to register with the Meaco Resellers (Love Shopping Direct) Site. You must choose a username and password on completion of registration. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password and shall only use the Site under your own username and password.
You must ensure you keep your password safe and should not disclose it to anyone. If it is compromised, you must change it immediately and inform Meaco Resellers (Love Shopping Direct) of this. You may not transfer or sell your username to anyone, nor permit anyone to use your username or password.
It is not compulsory to register your details with Meaco Resellers (Love Shopping Direct), you will still be able to use the Site and Order Goods without registering.
If the details you supplied are wrong or need updating it is your responsibility to inform Meaco Resellers (Love Shopping Direct) as early as possible and before you place any further Order.
Making a Purchase
The price and description of the Goods you Order will be as published on the Site when your Order is placed.
It is simple to make a purchase on the Site. Browse the product range, and then any items you may wish to purchase must be added to the shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, follow the checkout process and you will need to provide a few details so we can complete your Order. We accept Debit/Credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your Order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Using contact details available on our Site, we are able to receive Orders via the Site itself, by phone or via post. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any orders at our sole discretion. You will receive an acknowledgement of any orders you place. We will acknowledge receipt of any order you place by an appropriate method, via email for orders via the Site or verbally for telephone orders. Telephone Orders are acknowledged when you place the Order and from then, a contract of sale exists between you and Meaco Resellers (Love Shopping Direct).
When confirmation of an Order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your Order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Only when you receive an invoice from us, and we dispatch your order to you, will a contract exist between us.
We try to ensure that all prices listed on our website are correct, but we reserve the right to change prices and to not accept any order where prices are quoted by mistake.
You can pay for the Goods and the delivery costs using any payment method shown on our Site when your Order is placed. We remain entitled to terminate the contract if payment for your Order is not received before the delivery date for the Order. There will be no delivery of any Goods until cleared funds are received.
Limitations of Supply
Meaco Resellers (Love Shopping Direct) will endeavour to make sure that all Orders are satisfied, however it is impossible to guarantee that all items will be available at all times. If the Goods you have ordered are not available, we will give you the option of receiving a replacement or a full refund. If we receive no direction from you, we may provide replacement Goods of a corresponding quality and/or specification or cancel the Order and provide a refund, at our discretion.
We are re-sellers and not manufacturers of the Goods. In this respect and to the fullest extent permissible by law, we are unable to offer any express warranties of any kind whatsoever in relation to the Goods.
Apart from any exclusion or restriction of liability which may be prohibited by statute, all implied warranties relating to the Goods (statutory or otherwise) including (without limitation) any warranties relating to quality or fitness for a particular purpose, shall be fully excluded.
The Goods may be sold with a manufacturer’s warranty, details of which shall be dispatched with the Goods.
Products which are found to be defective following delivery shall be dealt with by the Customer in accordance with any subsisting manufacturer's warranty. For the avoidance of doubt, this may mean that the Goods are repaired as opposed to replaced and must be returned directly to the manufacturer as opposed to Meaco Resellers (Love Shopping Direct).
Shipping & Handling
Our delivery fees are included in the price of all goods on our website but this is for delivery to the UK MAINLAND (Except Scottish Highlands & Islands) only.

We use courier services to despatch products dependent on weight and value and these include Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery), DPD and TNT.
We will arrange delivery of the Goods you order to the delivery address you provide us with at the time the Order is placed.
We attempt to despatch all Orders within 3-4 working days of receiving them, but please allow up to a maximum of 28 days for delivery. If there are any delays, we will try to keep you up to date on the situation. Orders received from outside the UK are usually received in not more than 6 days but we cannot take responsibility for delays and orders may take approximately two weeks for delivery.
If we are out of stock of certain Goods, we will not dispatch the Order but we endeavour to keep you informed. If however, it would be preferable to receive a part shipment we can arrange this. As a business we are attempting to reduce our carbon footprint and cut out unnecessary deliveries. It is always your decision. If delivery is overdue by more than 28 days, we will always give you the choice of receiving a full refund of any payments that you have made. Any dates we specify for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of the essence by notice. If no dates are so specified, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. If we are requested to re-deliver the Goods following a failed delivery whereby Meaco Resellers (Love Shopping Direct) has met its delivery obligations, we reserve the right to make an additional charge for such re-delivery.
If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations then Meaco Resellers (Love Shopping Direct) will refund you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the Goods. On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the Goods to Meaco Resellers (Love Shopping Direct). Should you fail to return the Goods, we reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred by us in retrieving the Goods as a result of such failure.
If you purchase Goods which are out of stock, we can Order them in for you. We will also give you the choice to obtain a full refund if you would prefer.
VAT at the standard rate of 20% is added to all Orders made from the UK or the European Union. Orders made from outside the UK or EU are exempt from VAT.

When you place an Order via the Site, payment card numbers and personal details

When you make a purchase from Meaco Resellers (Love Shopping Direct) we want you to be 100% happy with the whole ordering process. We sell the best quality premium products, and this gives us the confidence to guarantee the products against failure.
We offer a 14 day no quibbles return to base Guarantee on all products. If a product fails during this period simply call us and we will try and find the best solution for you. All Guarantees start from the date of purchase.
Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
In the event that we supply substituted Goods to you in accordance with the provisions of Clause 2, your right of withdrawal is as set out as above except that the cost of returning the Goods shall be borne by us.
Before you return Goods to us, please make sure you are aware of our returns procedure and email us at email@example.com to get a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). We will email the RAN to you and include information on how to return the Goods and where to send them to. Please be aware that we may refuse returns which do not have a valid RAN.
All returned goods must not have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned complete with bulbs and all accessories.

If you want a refund for Goods which are not needed you must inform us of this within 14 days of receiving the Goods, via email or in writing. It is YOUR responsibility to return the Goods safely to us at YOUR cost.
Refunds for returned goods are applied within 30 days but usually much more quickly than this.
We will endeavour to fulfil all returns and try to provide refunds due as quickly as possible.
- If you are a residential customer and you are not completely satisfied with the items you have ordered, you are entitled to return them within 14 days of receiving them. Provided they are received by us properly packaged in new condition, have not been used, and you pay for the postage and insurance costs, we will offer a replacement or refund as you would prefer. You shall be responsible for payment of the direct costs in returning the Goods to us and we shall be entitled to deduct from any refund of the price for the Goods an amount equal to such delivery costs as are paid by us on your behalf. It is your responsibility to pack items securely and you must pay for the return costs. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, then you shall be required at your own cost to return the Goods to us.
You shall have a period of 7 days after the date on which you have received the Goods to withdraw from the Contract and to notify us that you wish to return the Goods. Goods must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
The right to withdraw from the Contract does not affect any of your statutory rights.
- If we despatch faulty Goods or wrong Goods to you, we will offer a replacement or refund for these as soon as possible. You must advise us of the problem within 14 days of receiving the Order.
- Sometimes, Goods become damaged in transportation to you, and if this happens, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the Goods for returns information.
- Goods ordered in error must be returned to us new, with original wrapping and you are responsible for the postage costs. Please also be aware that replacement Goods may incur extra delivery charges at the Company’s discretion. Orders previously offered with "free delivery" may also incur these extra delivery charges. There may also be a re-stocking fee of up to 15% for returned goods.
