Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Entry is open to UK residents aged 16 years or over, excluding employees of Meaco.

• Entrants aged 16 or 17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before entering.
  
  

2. How to enter

• To enter, participants must have purchased one of the following between the 1st December 2025 to the 21st December 2025: Meaco DD8L, Meaco DD8L Junior, Meaco DD8L Zambezi, Meaco Low Energy 12L or Meaco Low Energy 20L from this website, meacodehumidifers.co.uk.
  
  

3. Competition period

• The competition begins 00:00 GMT on 1st December 2025 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 21st December 2025.

• Purchases received after this time will not be entered into this competition.
  
  

4. Winner selection and notification

• Five winners every week will be selected at random using a computer-generated randomiser from all valid entries.

• The winner will be notified by Meaco via email within 72 working hours of the end of each eligible week in the competition.

• If the winner does not respond with their full name, contact number, and postal address within 3 days, Meaco reserves the right to select another winner.
  
  

5. Prize

• Each prize is one £100 voucher at John Lewis/Waitrose.

• There is no cash alternative to the prize.

• If, for any reason, the advertised prize is unavailable, Meaco reserves the right to substitute it with another item of equal or greater value.
  
  

6. Entry validity

• Meaco reserves the right to reject or remove any entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or are incomplete, altered, or otherwise invalid.
  
  

9. Liability

• Meaco and its associated companies will not be liable for any loss, expense, damage, or personal injury resulting from participation in this competition or acceptance of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  
  

10. Data protection

• Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Meacodehumidifers Privacy Policy, Meaco’s Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

• Data will only be used to administer the competition and will not be used for marketing without express consent.
  
  

11. General

• This competition is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

• Meaco reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
