The Meaco DD8L Zambezi combats mould, damp and condensation, contributing to a cleaner, healthier environment in your household.
This unit is very quiet, so you can place it wherever you fancy, even in your bedroom! Fitted with control logic feature, DD8L is energy efficient, which means that you can keep its running costs low.
Includes an intelligent Meaco Laundry+ system, which will help you dry your washing faster. You can also set when you want your DD8L to run with the built-in timer.
Thanks to a drainage hose, the tank does not need to be emptied and DD8L can be used with minimum supervision. (Drainage hose not included).
The Meaco DD8L dehumidifier comes with a 3 year warranty exclusive to our site.
Six world first at the time of release:
- Digital display – shows room humidity and temperature
- Sterilising Ioniser – neutralises mould, dust, bacteria, viruses and odour
- Meaco Energy Saving Laundry+ - continuously monitors the amount of moisture in the air and will vary its electricity usage to ensure that your washing is dried at the lowest cost possible
- Meaco "Turn Me On" function - DD8L will ask you to turn it on when the relative humidity in the room goes above 70%rh (when mould grows)
- Meaco 20+ Control – automatically increases its fan speed if the relative humidity increases 20% above your set points
- Daily Run Timer, On/Off Timer

Why is a high pitched noise coming from my Compressor Dehumidifier?
Dehumidifiers using R290 refrigerant often have a high pitched noise when first starting. Similar to a car starting on a cold winter's day, the compressor will often sound different until the internal temperature has risen. This, in most cases, would take around an hour of operation.
