Product Overview

Meaco Dry ABC Range 10L Compressor Dehumidifier Silver - ABC10L-S

Enjoy cleaner, drier air with the MeacoDry ABC 10L Compressor Dehumidifier, a compact and energy-efficient solution for managing excess moisture in smaller homes, flats, and apartments. This Quiet Mark award-winning unit runs quietly at just 36dB, making it ideal for use in bedrooms, living areas or home offices where noise is a concern. With the ability to extract up to 10 litres of moisture per day (at 30°C, 80% RH), it helps reduce condensation, prevent mould growth and speed up laundry drying indoors.

Designed for convenience and practicality, the ABC10L features a digital display, adjustable humidistat (30%–80% RH), and Laundry Mode, which runs at full power for six hours before automatically shutting off to conserve energy. It also includes an auto-off timer, child lock, and auto-restart in case of a power cut, making it a smart and safe choice for busy households. The 2.6L tank is easy to remove and includes automatic shut-off when full, while a continuous drainage option is available (hose not included) for hassle-free long-term use.

This dehumidifier offers standout efficiency, consuming just 165 watts. Based on an electricity rate of 27.03p per kWh, it costs approximately 4p per hour to run, making it a cost-effective way to keep your home dry and healthy all year round. With automatic defrost, it also performs reliably in cooler environments like basements and utility rooms, ensuring maximum moisture removal even in low temperatures.

Compact, lightweight (10.1kg), and easy to move around the home, the MeacoDry ABC10L fits effortlessly into your lifestyle. Backed by a 3-year warranty for added peace of mind, this is a high-performance, low-noise solution for controlling humidity in any small space.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is a high pitched noise coming from my Compressor Dehumidifier?

Dehumidifiers using R290 refrigerant often have a high pitched noise when first starting. Similar to a car starting on a cold winter's day, the compressor will often sound different until the internal temperature has risen. This, in most cases, would take around an hour of operation.
